The 4th Air Scouts had a great weekend camping at Rue Mainguy despite the weather being cold and wet.

We had great fun pitching our camp, making fires as well as having the opportunity of participating in the annual Jamboree on the Air, where we had the chance to speak to other Scouts all over the world.

We were also very lucky to be the first Scout Group on the island to have a go at the newly built High Ropes course in Willow Wood!

This year the 4th Guernsey Air Scouts took part in the Harbour Carnival!

We all did our part to help to design and build our plane, it was a real team effort!

We were lucky enough to have Deputy Michelle Le Clerc as our pilot, and she did us proud. The evening was a real success!

4th Guernsey Air Scouts and Beavers helped to plant 30 trees and shrubs around Petit Bot with the Forest Floral Group to help to promote wildlife.

Morgan Wood and Toby Benstead, of the 4th Guernsey Air Cub Scouts, discovered an unexploded German shell while playing hide and seek with their pack at Le Catioroc last year.

Lt-Governor Air Marshal Peter Walker presented them with the awards for their responsible behaviour in dealing with the situation.
