A fun night on the beach.

The Scouts practised their fire making skills tonight and cooked their own food, before finishing off the evening with a friendly game of football.

We were lucky enough to be invited to take part in the Meet the Pilots event that took place at the Aircraft Servicing Guernsey (ASG) hangar.

Meet the Pilots gives you an opportunity to get "up close and personal" to the aircraft and the pilots and crew that are participating in the Guernsey Air Display.  Meet the Pilots is held on the Wednesday afternoon as the displaying aircraft arrive in Guernsey.

The Scouts were invited back to take part in the Aero-Club open day this year. 

Our young people showed off their aviation knowledge and met with some of the pilots of the private aircraft taking part in the open day. 

They also had the opportunity to show off our Jet Provost cockpit to some of the younger children.
