To mark the 55th anniversary of our RAF recognition we hosted an open day for the public. Activities included a flight simulator challenge and the chance to look around our Jet Provost cockpit.
The Cubs had a skills workshop in knife work whilst the Scouts were inside in the hi-tech simulator room, complete with our 2 new machines.
We were also lucky enough to receive a visit from His Excellency the Lt. Governor, who called in to have a look at our activities and even had a go on the flight sim!
This year the 4th Guernsey Air Scouts took part in the Harbour Carnival!
We all did our part to help to design and build our plane, it was a real team effort!
We were lucky enough to have Deputy Michelle Le Clerc as our pilot, and she did us proud. The evening was a real success!
